Wellness coaching, a subset of life coaching, is a proactive, solution-focused process of aligning your health behaviors with your values. It is a structured way of providing inspiration and education while holding you accountable to the goals you set. In wellness coaching we work together as solution partners to put you on the road to achieving your vision of wellness; I help you identify your priorities and set meaningful, achievable goals. As my client you can experience success in feeling more energetic, maintaining an exercise program, managing your stress, improving your nutrition, balancing your work-family life, and feeling happier and more satisfied.

You Bloom Wellness offers both individual and group wellness coaching. All coaching is confidential.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Individual coaching is done either by phone or online, so no matter where you live you can experience personalized attention, support and encouragement.
Individual coaching by phone is ideal for the person who wants personalized in the moment attention, enjoys discussing their plans, and benefits from a focused phone call.
Individual coaching online is ideal for those with tight schedules or who like to think about their responses before replying.
It is amazing how much you can accomplish when someone listens to you, helps you prioritize goals and weed through conflicting information. With a partner to help you plan and implement your lifestyle changes you become an agent of change, and make unbelievable transformations in your health habits. You experience profound gains in your health, happiness, energy levels, and stress management. These successes spread out into other areas of your life and you noice you are making improvements in all aspects of your life.
The benefits of individual coaching is having 1:1 focus on your specific needs. I listen (to what you say and don't say) and support you as you discover and define your wellness vision and set weekly and longer range goals. I ask questions that help you discover your motivators for making change and hold you accountable for taking action. During our coaching sessions we will identify your strengths, motivators, and obstacles, focus on your accomplishments, and create solutions. You learn not only about health but also about yourself which you can then apply to maintaining your healthy habits.
After the initial coaching package some people want to maintain their new habits by themselves, others want to continue the support and accountability of coaching. There are maintanence coaching options available for those who chose to continue. You may always restart your coaching when you feel the need.
GROUP COACHING
Group coaching is offerred by phone as well as face to face in the Pittsburgh area.
My educational group coaching focuses on a topic; it has a few minutes of content with most of the time devoted to coaching. Group coaching is ideal for those who enjoy the energy of a group and can assimilate learning from hearing others being coached.

The benefits of group coaching are learning to prioritize and meet your goals, the cost is less, and you get the energy, ideas, and support generated by your group as well as from me. You can actually learn a lot about yourself and benefit just from hearing someone else in the group being coached.
